1. Go to The Fix and submit a ticket
2. Inside the ticket details, leave a brief response inside subject and message text box
3. Next, select the dropdown arrow under Select an IT Request and choose Access Request
4. Another dropdown arrow will appear below under Type of Access, choose External Access
5. A list of text box will be provided to collect the following information regarding the external guest:
a. Name
b. Email
c. Type of User
d. Company’s name
e. Project’s Name
f. Site Url
g. Project Code
h. Start Date
i. End Date
j. Priority
6. Select Create ticket and IT will follow up with request.
7. Once external access has been permitted the external access information will be tracked on the IT site.
